Approval of revisions to the bylaws and articles of Incorporation will occur at the meeting. Changes to the bylaws and articles, which have been approved by the Board of Directors, were made to bring the bylaws and articles into compliance with current Minnesota law, allow flexibility in how voting can occur as the law may change in the future, and to change wording to more clearly state the method of operation of the cooperative. No changes to the bylaws controlling allocation of equity were made; language was added clarifying retirement of equity held by corporations.
