It’s PSP Signing Time – Again

Jan 10, 2022

Growers need to sign the Product Service Policy annual
Once again, it’s Product Service Policy (PSP) update time. Every year, Federated needs a signed PSP from every grower before custom spraying begins.

“This is an important document,” said Scott Nelson, Federated’s director of agronomy, “because it makes sure we are holding each other accountable.”

The PSP clearly explains what customers can expect from Federated and what Federated expects from customers. The PSP is an effective tool that has worked well in the past, and will continue going forward, Nelson noted.

“The Federated and customer/grower partnership is very important to Federated Co-ops, and we look forward to working with everyone for years to come,” said Nelson.

Your Federated Agronomist will contact you soon to review the 2022 PSP – “just like last year,” said Nelson.
